Unlike many low-carb breads, we never use additives, thickeners, or emulsifiers. We also avoid added gluten. Instead, we rely on natural, plant-based ingredients like flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, and psyllium husk to bind our bread, ensuring a clean, wholesome product.
The Problem
The world faces a metabolic health crisis, as obesity rates are projected to double by 2035 and conditions like Alzheimer’s, type 2 diabetes, and heart disease continue to rise—driven largely by diets high in carbs and sugar.
Mission
Our mission is to transform the world's metabolic health one meal at a time.
Reducing carbohydrates, cutting sugar, and avoiding industrial seed oils can stabilise blood sugar, enhance focus, and lower the risk of metabolic and autoimmune diseases.
Story
Dillon Organic is named after my son, Dillon, who loves helping me in the kitchen. Struggling with an autoimmune skin condition linked to poor metabolic health, inspired me to create this keto bread as part of my journey to better health. An unexpected benefit was how it improved my children's moods when they swapped refined white bread for my innovative recipe.
With 14 years of experience in the natural foods industry as a co-founder of Pulsin Ltd, creators of plant-based nutrition bars and protein powders, bringing Dillon Organic to market has been both a rewarding and challenging journey.
